If your vehicle is currently titled in the state of Oklahoma, the owner can follow one of these steps:
Go online and complete your Oklahoma Duplicate Title Application.
Choose one of the following options:
Bring your Oklahoma Duplicate Title Application to the Motor Vehicle Division.
- Estimated time of delivery: 2 business days
- Cost for duplicate: $11.00 If we purchase/pickup your vehicle, we will reimburse you for your $11.00 duplicate title fee!
Mail your Oklahoma Duplicate Title Application to the Motor Vehicle Division:

- Estimated time of delivery: 6-8 weeks
- Cost for duplicate: $12.50 If we purchase/pickup your vehicle, we will reimburse you for your $12.50 duplicate title fee!
